If you are not entirely happy with your online purchase, you are welcome to return your items within 60 days of purchase using our returns portal. To be eligible for a refund, your return must meet the following;
- Items must be in the new and original condition as purchased, unwashed and with all labels and swing tags attached. Any shoes returned must be returned in their original box (if supplied).
- Any items with odours, deodorant, make-up stains or any other markings will not be accepted for return, and will be returned to you at your expense. If your return does not meet the above conditions, your item/s will not be refunded.
- For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on underwear and swimwear if the hygiene strip has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you paid partly by Gift Card, the Gift Card will be credited first, with any remaining balance being credited to the other method of payment used. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of your return being delivered back to our warehouse.
Please note it may take 3-5 days for the refund to appear in your account following this.
During sale or peak promotional periods, your return may take longer to process.
We are unable to offer any online exchanges by post, we recommend returning the items and reordering the correct size.
If your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team with clear photos of the garment, and they will advise next steps.
Please note: The policy only applies to orders placed after 24th March 2021. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy. We are unable to refund returned items that are not in their original condition.
