We are sorry to hear that your order was not quite right!
If your order was placed on or after the 24th March please follow the below steps to process your Return:
- Please click here to visit our Returns Centre where all you need is your order number and email address used to initially place your order and click Proceed.
- From here you can select the items, quantity and the reason for return.
- Select your return service method. Here you can input your postcode to find the closest service provider in your area. Depending on your location you will be able to take your items to a Parcel Drop off location.
- Select Proceed.
- Your return is now confirmed! Here you are able to download and print your returns label and view your QR code.
Please note: If your order was placed on or before the 23rd March please lodge an enquiry with our Customer Service Team. All returns must be sent within 7 days of processing your return and each order must have individual returns labels.
